- Published in one of the three top journals in the power electronics field (5-year impact factor 7.382), the paper was downloaded/HTML viewed 5670 times (https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/6977967/metrics#metrics) and cited over 100 times as of Dec 2020 according to Scopus. The paper is an outcome of EPSRC National Centre for Power Electronics Grant EP/K035304/1 and offers detailed analysis and mathematical modelling of a new operating mode of the so-called DC transformer, which is crucial for the development of future bulk transmission projects such as the European SuperGrid. The paper led to an invited talk at the ABB Corporate Research Centre, Vasteras, Sweden.
