- This paper builds on the meta-model created in Privacy Risk Assessment in Context: A Meta-Model based on Contextual Integrity by combining Contextual Integrity, with the Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA), to create a DPIA for use in the Charitable sector. At the time of publication, Charities were struggling to understand compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and conduct DPIAs. The paper is significant in providing charities with a framework and a guided approach to assessing privacy risk, thus helping charities understand their obligations and how to assess the privacy risks associated with their own data processing.
