- The paper first appeared at the 2012 Symposium on Algorithmic Game Theory (SAGT). It presents an approximation algorithm that improves upon a previous approximation ratio obtained by Kontogiannis and Spirakis. It led to follow-up work of Anbalagan et al. (WINE conference, 2013, https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-642-45046-4_2) on properties of equilibria having the ratio obtained in this paper.
