- Double-weighted statement
- This book is the outcome of research part-funded by three Leverhulme grants. Following para 216 of the PCWM, we claim double-weighting and attribute this output to two staff. Harris developed the original concept, single-authored a chapter, wrote 25% of the discussion chapters and with Crellin led co-authorship of the introduction and conclusion. Crellin also single-authored a chapter and wrote a further 25% of the discussion chapters. In total, each author was responsible for c. 24,000 words; they also co-ordinated the writing of 5 dialogue chapters across 2 continents and all authors and edited the final text.
