- Output of the research grant EP/K031864/1-2, this journal paper gives a coherent semantic account of parallelism and corecursion arising in first-order resolution. It starts with novel results in category theoretic semantics, proceeds with a novel operational semantics, culminating in implementation of a new dialect, CoALP, of logic programming. There is a prototype implementation that accompanies this paper. It lead to invited talks by the first author at: Shonan'17, ALCOOP'17, ARW'18, FLoC'18 Coalgebra Workshop, as well as invited seminars at the Universities of Oxford, Birmingham, Bath, Cambridge and laid background material for PhD theses of Komendantskaya's students Li and Farka.
